If you live in West Houston or the Katy area, you may book in-person Personal Training sessions.

You don’t live in the Katy area? You can book private Online sessions!

On a budget? I also provide affordable Group Fitness classes, both in person and online – you can join live on Zoom, or watch the recording!

Just need a workout plan? No problem, I will customize a routine that matches your lifestyle! When you sign up for a monthly workout plan, you will have access to an awesome App! Each exercise has a video tutorial and alternative exercises in case you do not have access to the equipment needed. The App allows you to login progress pictures and measurements, it also has a FitBit integration widget, amongst other perks!
